In this session, Lynn Cowell opens women and teen eyes to the secret behind confidence that sticks. Lynn shares how to: Not depend on someone, someplace or something to build your confidence. Increase your confidence, empowering you to fulfill your dreams & purpose. Position yourself to not lose your confidence – even in the worst circumstances.  Recommended for all ages

 Living a Life Beyond Yourself - Alexis Teichmiller

In this world of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and plastic surgery for better “selfies”, it is so easy to gain our feelings of worth from our numbers of likes, followers, and comments. God has more for us than these fleeting connections. He wants you to find your purpose in Him, not the world. Part of living the abundant life God desires for us involves pouring ourselves into the lives of others. Keeping Jesus first, other’s second, and ourselves last can be a constant struggle. Ambition, dreams, and careers can get in the way of what God wants for us. Let’s show the world the way of true relationships with our love of Jesus at the center.  Recommended for all ages

Are You a Mean Girl? - Amy Levine 

We have all been wounded by one, but never think we can or could be one too!  Do you have issues over your tongue so that you do not speak evil against others?  Our tongue is one of the most difficult aspects of life to control. With Social Media, we are exposed to so much information about others and ourselves.  Righteousness happens when He becomes greater and we become small. The mean girls are missing out on truth.   Don’t return mean girl stuff with mean girl stuff. Don’t give drama for drama. Instead make an effort to be kind to those girls who are unkind to you. Pray for opportunities to overcome the bitterness, jealousy, anger, etc., in their hearts with God’s deep love.  Recommended for all ages

Diary of a Teenage Girl  - Testimonies

Personal Testimonies from teen/college girls who share their personal journey through these challenging times as a Christian and living a life that honors God.  Our young girls are faced with a variety of issues and pressures from the world. The testimonies shared will talk about self image, making wise decisions and even if you have failed, God has a way to set your path straight. When girls establish their identities and values on God’s Word as teens, they are well on their way to becoming godly women and avoiding the pitfalls (and consequences) so many of their peers may fall into as adults. The age limit for this session is 13 to 24.

Be Your Own Beautiful -  Michelle Michael

Do you ever catch yourself looking in the mirror and feeling dissatisfied with what you see? Or beyond that, do you ever look in the mirror and truly believe that you look beautiful?  The devastating result of our world’s definition of beauty for women is that it robs us from admiring the amazing work God has done in us.  Instead of standing in awe of God’s creation we curse it, resent it, and diminish it—consequently stealing our joy and gratitude towards God.  We look around and think someone else has it better and wonder if God has the best intentions for our life. Because worth & beauty are not solely found in a life that looks like someone else's. Because how we dress, what car we drive or what school we attend does not define who we are. Because He didn't create us so we could spend all our days wishing we were more beautiful than we already are!  Recommended for all ages
